Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Ludo Friends account and related data at any time. We will delete or anonymize your data where legally and technically possible, normally within 30 days.

Request Deletion By Email

1. Email hatbazar627@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: Ludo Friends Data Deletion Request.
3. Include, if known: your account email and name, your Facebook profile id, and/or your Google profile id.
4. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the account before deletion.

You can also request deletion inside the app from Settings → Legal → Data & account deletion.

What We Delete Or Anonymize

• Your player profile (name, avatar, statistics).
• Your Facebook and Google social login links.
• Your friend links and pending invites.
• Your device sessions and authentication tokens.
• Match records may be anonymized rather than fully deleted where that is needed to preserve other players’ game integrity and results.

Remove Ludo Friends From Facebook

1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy.
2. Open Apps and Websites.
3. Find Ludo Friends.
4. Remove the app’s access.
5. Then request deletion from Ludo Friends by email or in-app.

Disconnect Ludo Friends From Google

1. Go to your Google Account.
2. Open Security.
3. Open Third-party apps & services (Connections).
4. Find Ludo Friends.
5. Remove access.
6. Then request deletion from Ludo Friends by email or in-app.
